DONE DEAL: Los Angeles Rams Sign 24-Year-defensive tackle as depth following Derion Kendrick news

On Thursday, the Los Angeles Rams signed a 24-year-old defensive tackle ahead of their Week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. This week’s injury report for the Rams includes two defensive tackles.
The Rams’ Larrell Murchison (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. The Rams’ Kobie Turner (shoulder) was restricted in practice on Wednesday. This week, the Rams needed to make a move to provide depth to their defensive line.

NC State's Cory Durden wants assistance for college athletes with kids
The Rams have signed Cory Durden to the 53-man roster, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC. Cornerback Shaun Jolly was also included to the practice squad.

Durden has 126 total tackles, 20 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks while at Florida State and North Carolina State.

Durden was initially signed as a UDFA by the Detroit Lions following the 2023 NFL Draft. He was released after training camp. Durden joined the Los Angeles Rams practice squad in September.
