Despite the rivalry, Sanders has maintained a high level of confidence. He came out and gave a powerful message to Cleveland in a recent interview with Cleveland Browns Daily.

“I work hard, and I love the game of football,” he told me. “That’s all you need to know, and you know I’m not disrespectful. I don’t have any off-field problems. So those three major elements equal success.”

Sanders certainly feels he will be successful in the NFL. He believes he will be the Browns’ long-term quarterback.

Cleveland will face a difficult decision. There is no disputing Sanders’ star potential. He was expected to be drafted in the first or second round due to his potential.

Using a third-round pick on Gabriel puts additional pressure on the Browns. Having two credible veteran quarterbacks capable of starting adds intrigue to the competition.

Joe Flacco can hoop. Deshaun Watson cannot.

Kevin Stefanski has his work cut out for him going forward. It will be difficult to determine which quarterback to start and how to rotate them based on how the season progresses.

Regardless of what happens, Sanders’ message exudes confidence in his abilities and a bold vision for his own future.
